Join us on a voyage into the inner mind with the Lakeside Pride Symphonic Band’s Spring 2024 concert. On this musical adventure, we will contemplate humanity’s morality, shortcomings, and the impulse to connect. Our concert’s pieces will bring out the sounds that invoke the highs and lows of what it means to be human.

Start your Saturday evening with a twilight concert of engaging chamber music for winds and brass from the Baroque era to today. Join the Lakeside Pride Music Ensembles’ Brass Buttons and Woodwind Quintet+ at the charming and historic Lake View Presbyterian Church, at the corner of Addison & Broadway, for a varied program performed by LGBTQ+ instrumentalists.

The Lakeside Pride Pops Ensemble starts off the new year with our winter concert: What A Wonderful World. Join us on a journey as we marvel at the beauty of our planet. Take a dive Under the Sea to witness the vast diversity of marine life. We’ll travel back in time to the Jurassic period *raawr* and stop along the way to admire Yukiko Nishimura’s Ancient Flower. Guest drag queen Ari Gato will bring Peter and the Wolf to life with some special guests from the Lakeside Pride community. Come to the South Shore Cultural Center to see what else makes a wonderful world!
