This #GivingTuesday, we’re counting on you to help Lakeside Pride continue our mission to empower an affirming LGBTQ and ally community by engaging audiences and inspiring change through music. As Chicago’s largest LGBTQ music organization, we’ve created a family of musicians that thrive in creating a better community through a variety of bridge-building initiatives, both on and off the stage. 

We’re continuing to invest in our membership, our infrastructure, and our musical experience for members and audiences alike. But we can’t continue our work without financial support from donors at all levels.

In the past year, we’ve shouldered large expenses for:

• Continued investments in Marching Band uniforms,
• New sound and tactical equipment, as well as instrument repairs,
• And increased rates for venue rentals and other operational costs.

This year, we are raising funds to outfit the next generation of musicians. We need your support to help us get new marching band uniforms.
