Our Lakeside Pride jazz orchestra helps audiences everywhere connect with the LGBT community through the sound and feeling of jazz. We bring people together for a simple purpose: to have an amazingly good time.

Each performance features a wide variety of music, including pop, swing, Latin, and Broadway favorites. We guarantee your feet will tap and your head will nod to our performances of the charts made famous by big band and jazz legends.

Recent appearances include the opening of the landmark Out in Chicago exhibit at the Chicago History Museum and the Pritzker Park Pride Month Concert Series, sponsored by the Chicago Public Library.

Rehearsals are Wednesdays from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Preston Bradley Center, 941 W. Lawrence, Chicago. All performances occur around the City of Chicago at cultural and community events, as well as at annual festivals.

The jazz orchestra welcomes all members and friends of the LGBT community to perform with the ensemble.
